College Build Your Base Program
The Collegiate Build Your Base Program works in partnership with college Strength & Conditioning Programs to fuel and educate student athletes. As part of the program you will receive the following resources, materials, and support:
- Posters for weight room
- Educational videos for student athletes
- Nutrition expert presentations and workshops
- Access to experts in the field
- Poster/Handouts for training table area with post workout food combinations/recipes
- Meal plans
- Resources that may include beef as a recovery protein source for student athletes
