The Collegiate Build Your Base Program works in partnership with college Strength & Conditioning Programs to fuel and educate student athletes. As part of the program you will receive the following resources, materials, and support:

  • Posters for weight room
  • Educational videos for student athletes
  • Nutrition expert presentations and workshops
  • Access to experts in the field
  • Poster/Handouts for training table area with post workout food combinations/recipes
  • Meal plans
  • Resources that may include beef as a recovery protein source for student athletes
