Basic Beef Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Dry Bread Crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine the ground beef and seasonings in a large bowl. Add the egg and bread crumbs and mix until evenly blended.
  3. Form the mix into 1-2 inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve plain, or as pasta, sub sandwich, or soup.
